GAME FILM BREAKDOWN:

Unlimited film breakdown through email, hudl, YouTube. 

 

MECHANICAL ANALYSIS:

Unlimited Mechanical review done through coaches eye. We will slow down and record a voice over to correct any hiccups or inefficiencies in the throwing motion. 

 

3 MONTH QB PORTAL MEMBERSHIP:

Online access to drills through the website.

 

WEEKLY ARM CARE WORKOUTS:

Every week, a short workout will be sent using the bands and weighted balls provided in the sack pack. Begin September 1st. 

 

OPTIONAL DROP-IN SESSIONS:

Every Sunday from Sep 9th to Nov 18th, there will be 1-hour drop in sessions from 10-11 @ Assumption High School in Burlington. These will not be throwing sessions, we will cover the weekly arm care workouts as well as fine-tuning mechanics.
