Will Finch
Lead Quarterback Coach
After a career cut short by concussions, former All-Canadian and 2x OUA MVP Quarterback Will Finch is passionate about helping develop rotational/overhead athletes through the development of the Four Pillars: Biomechanics, Functional Strength, Arm Care & Cognition. Will has played for the Nelson Lords, the Western Mustangs, and helped lead the U19 IFAF Team World and Junior National team to gold medal victories. Will was also a member of the Burlington Stampeders organization and actively coaches at Nelson High School. Will also served as the quarterback coach for the Laurier Golden Hawks and Western Mustangs.
Keagan Hall
Quarterback Coach
Keagan is currently the starting quarterback at McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario. He has trained with Will and Mike Finch since 2015, and coached alongside them since 2021. A former product of the Burlington Stampeders, Nelson Lords and Team Ontario, Keagan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to coaching the quarterback position that helps him in achieving his goal of developing bio strong rotational athletes. Additionally, Keagan had the opportunity in 2022 to participate in training camp with the Hamilton Tiger Cats, where he gained a wealth of knowledge about quarterback play at the professional level.
Mike Finch
Small Group QB Coach
Mike Finch has an excellent understanding of the quarterback position and spent 10 seasons as the QB coach at Nelson High School. Mike has attended numerous clinics and has met with NFL/NCAA coaches (such as Tom House and Adam Dedeaux) across North America which has allowed him to analyze and correct the various sequence patterns and deficiencies within the quarterback's delivery. Mike understands the relationship between various rotational sports and looks to correct biomechanical signatures before putting the athlete in competitive scenarios.
